1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Donezo (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a note-style task management service. Users can create, edit, organize tasks, and manage schedules.

3. Account

An account is required to use certain features of the App. Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Keeping account credentials secure
Reporting any unauthorized use of the account immediately

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Activities that violate laws or regulations
Activities that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
Activities that threaten the security of the App
Activities that interfere with the normal operation of the App
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling
Unauthorized resale of the App for commercial purposes

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content (software, design, logos, text, etc.) belong to us or the rightful owners. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to users.

6. User Content

Ownership of tasks, notes, and other content entered by users into the App ("User Content") belongs to the users.

However, users grant us the right to use User Content to the extent necessary for providing and improving the service.

7. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may change the content of the App or interrupt or terminate the App without prior notice. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users as a result.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for:

Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
Loss or corruption of data
Interruptions, delays, or errors in the App
Unauthorized access by third parties

9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms. The revised Terms will take effect when published within the App. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
